I tested the changes on my K8200 with 20x4-LCD and Arduino 1.0.5 for
Windows (SD library added to IDE manually) - everything works well

Turn off by default.

- Fixed issue when BAL area probing is shorter than it should be for
grid probing
- Warning when BAL activated with Delta Kinematics
- Fix XY_TRAVEL_SPEED when homing Z axis

some shorthand macros for less typing.
