[1.1.x] Add MKS GEN L board

[1.1.x] Fix EndStops don't work with BOARD_RAMPS_14_EFB on Micromake C1

Based on #7769

Added env:anet10 to platformio.ini for easy compile and upload to this board

Includes:
  *firmware version / branch / date.
  *extruder count
  *board information (name, serial details, power supply type)
  *thermistors (names, min/max temperatures)
  *printer statistics (PRINTCOUNTER details)
