Resolves #363.

Addresses #362.

ahbl is no longer being maintained and has been configured to return a
positive value for every host.  This means I get a cron warning every
day reporting that my mailserver is in ircbl.ahbl.org and
dnsbl.ahbl.org.

lukecyca/check-rbl#1 has removed ahbl from the blacklists that it
checks.  This just pulls in that change.

Unfortunately, ansible's get_url won't update files which have been
downloaded already unless you set force=yes, which will cause ansible to
pull down the file from github on every single run, which isn't really
acceptable.  I have filed ansible/ansible-modules-core#625 to ask that
get_url redownload if and only if the sha256sum differs.  In the
meantime, you have to manually delete /opt/check-rbl.pl before rerunning
ansible to pull in the update.  However, at least this will work fine
for new installs.

Related to #338 (though I don't know if it truly fixes it).

to mitigate POODLE vulnerability

Postfix: Disable SSLv2 and SSLv3 for 'mandatory SSL' mode connections to completely mitigate the POODLE issue.

Disable SSLv3 in Dovecot imap server to avoid POODLE vulnerability

The previous behaviour relied on managesieve copying over the
.dovecot.sieve file into the user's directory. I found this to be
particularly fragile. For instance, re-deploying roundcube without
dovecot could overwrite the .dovecot.sieve symlink and break
managesieve.

A better approach is to use the global sieve configuration that
roundcube provides and not mess with dovecot's files directly.

This prevents timeouts when trying to sync very large mailboxes. By
default, z-push attempts to get headers for all messages in a folder.

String-valued variables containing spaces can be substituted into an ansible
tasks file but they will not be interpreted correctly.

I had a # in my mail_db_password and spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out why I couldn't connect by IMAP. A # is only allowed if the connect string is wrapped in quotes.

Fixes issue #8. Adds new variable mail_header_privacy, on by default.
Installs postfix-pcre unconditionally, and then copies the pcre file
over and adds the header check to main.cf based on the variable value.

PostgreSQL works similarly with varchar and text columns. Rather than
limiting the amount of characters a column can hold simply use text
columns.

Because this sql is now PostgreSQL specific, there's no need to maintain
what was set in the mysql settings.

Remove all configuration for MySQL and configure PostgreSQL as the main
database.

All *_mysql_* options have been changed to *_db_* options.

Postgres requires the database user to have a password in order to
connect via localhost. The db_admin_password option is used to set the
password of the admin user (usually postgres).

When you're hosting a couple of hundred aliases, you will benefit.
It seems safer to create the index and deal with the slight overhead
for just a couple of records, as opposed to not having these
indexes and deal with serious performance issues if you have
lots of aliases on the machine.

This allows the `recipient_delimiter` setting in etc_postfix_main.cf.j2
to function as intended.

Use the changed `mail_virtual_users` structure to ensure directories and
sieve rules are created for each defined account.

mail_virtual_xx list were not use correctly in tasks.

We got error 'unicode object' has no attribute 'name' because:
with_items:
 - "{{ mail_virtual_xx }}
is understood has a list of strings containing information extracted from {{ mail_virtual_xx }} variable

 Now we use:
   with_items: virtual_domain_xx}}"

These are the changes necessary to enable Roundcube's manage sieve plugin to mange server-side sieve filters.

Added friendly_networks variable to denote whitelisted networks

Move the settings of the virtual mail directories into a separate
ansible task.

Without the owner being set to vmail and dovecot, when a virtual user
tries to access their mail account, dovecot throws an error that it does
not have permission to create the mail folder for the user.

With the owner and permissions being set the user's mail directory is
created and they can successfully sign in.

Adds/subscribes Drafts, Sent, Junk, Trash and Archive mailboxes.
